We seek an experienced Program Manager IV to oversee and manage program-oriented work efforts for a Networking Engineering Team supporting the Networking and Cybersecurity Product Portfolio. This role involves driving programs to completion within budget and timelines, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Location options: Plano TX or Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall management, coordination, and status reporting for technical programs.
• Implement program management processes and methodologies for the Networking and Cybersecurity Product Portfolio.
• Develop program plans, track progress, and ensure resource alignment.
• Monitor daily work efforts, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Establish, maintain, and direct program work efforts while gaining alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Track and report on milestones, timelines, and progress to management.
• Communicate updates on major milestones, escalations, and program status.
• Manage multiple cross-functional programs of medium to high complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 10+ years of work experience in the technology sector, with at least 8 years managing projects.
• Proven expertise in program management, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing programs across multiple technologies and functions.
• Strong ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity products is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
