Program Manager- SDLC
Location: Philadelphia, PA
only W2, no C2C
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Management: Lead multiple highly complex IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Product Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers on SDLC, feature updates, and API/endpoint management.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with product teams, engineers, and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Technical Focus: Manage software-based projects (no devices), negotiate timelines, oversee delivery milestones, and use JQL in Jira for queries and reporting.
- Change Management: Coordinate effective communication strategies and manage multiple epics, work breakdown structures, and delivery timelines.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 10–15 years of IT and industry experience, including 3+ years in leadership and 5–8 years managing projects.
- Strong background in SDLC Program Management and API development.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, JQL , and Smartsheet.
- Technical expertise in managing endpoint/API projects for software solutions.
- Experience working on global platforms and with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with work breakdown structures and delivery timelines.
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills.
