Type : Full-Time - Long-Term Contract

Job Purpose
The Software Developer will be responsible for executing assigned projects successfully. This includes analyzing system issues, designing, developing, and testing solutions to implement computer system requirements. The role involves creating and enhancing information systems, collaborating across departments, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Essential Job Duties
- Rapidly enhance enterprise applications across mobile, web, backend platforms, and integrations.
- Implement cross-functional application design strategies, architectures, and platforms to ensure scalability, security, flexibility, and performance.
- Develop, refine, and enhance features in web-based systems, such as EMR, PHR, and enrollment platforms.
- Analyze user needs to determine how new systems, upgrades, or components can meet requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting support and maintain system performance.
- Manage, modify, and administer databases, ensuring proper backup and recovery functionality.
- Collaborate with outsourced teams to determine suitable methodologies for projects.
- Resolve technical issues and develop practical solutions for end-users.
- Share creative solutions and remove roadblocks to foster team collaboration.
- Work with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Define software requirements and troubleshoot coding issues to maintain productivity.
- Mentor team members and guide product development.
- Analyze and document business requirements, creating conceptual data and process models.
- Write and maintain documentation for supported applications and system specifications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other professional and ethical standards.
- Promote company culture and maintain consistent attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of three years in a relevant software development role.
Expertise : Web or Windows development.
Technical Proficiency :
- Programming Languages: C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, SQL (including queries and stored procedures).
- Development Frameworks: C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, LINQ, JavaScript, WCF, MVC, HTML, and T-SQL.
- APIs & Services: Restful Services and Back-End APIs.
- Additional Tools: Crystal Reports, MVVM frameworks, Bootstrap, Angular, LT Admin, Chart.js, EDI, and Java (preferred).
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (five years of C# software development).
