Connect Search is hiring an HRIS Analyst in Milwaukee. This positions offers a hybrid work form home schedule.

Responsibilities

The HRIS Analyst is a member of the People team and will be responsible for supporting the use, implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of the Human Capital Management system (UKG). The HRIS Analyst will work with the Total Rewards Manager on planning and execution of all system improvements for modules they oversee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information technology or related degree.
• 2+ years in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) oversight, configuration, and support.
• Detailed understanding of UKG architecture and security.
• UKG Dayforce/Ceridian, ADP or related system experience in Compensation, payroll, absence, time tracking, scheduling modules with an understanding of end user functionality and configurations, integrations, reporting and analytic capabilities.
