Process Improvement Engineering Leader
$130-140k + 15% Bonus

Our client is a multibillion-dollar corporation and leader in the industrial manufacturing industry. We are seeking an engineer to fill a strategic, technical role responsible for partnering with key stakeholders at multiple manufacturing plants to support in solving operational problems and spearheading continuous improvement towards their chemical products oxidation processes.
Qualifications Required:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering within industrial chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to facilitate process enhancement initiatives.
- Contribution to capital project planning aimed at improving manufacturing process quality, efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilization of analytical tools for statistical analysis of operational variables.
- Development and implementation of standardized process and equipment protocols applicable across company operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Paper Science Manufacturing, along with over 10 years of experience in batch chemical oxidation manufacturing.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated leadership in process improvement, collaborating across technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Specialized expertise in oxidation processes, capable of mentoring and leading plant personnel effectively.
