Interactive Resources is seeking an experienced MS Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain impactful reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights through dynamic visualizations, empowering our consulting teams to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for automation and reporting solutions.
• Develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Leverage DAX and M Language for data transformation, modeling, and advanced analytics in Power BI.
• Design and integrate Power BI connectors with MS Power Apps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Apply data modeling techniques to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure data integrity and solution reliability.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, enhancing their proficiency with Power BI tools and features.
• Collaborate effectively with non-technical leadership and team members regularly.
• Foster teamwork by communicating efficiently and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to support the team’s development processes.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and M Language.
• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to translate business requirements into impactful solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Certifications: Power Platform or related certifications are a plus.
