The Virtual Expert Platform is the platform that drives AI-powered digital expertise and AI-assisted human expertise for all company customers. Our capabilities are central to connecting customers to tax and bookkeeping experts, and essential to delivering services across Company products.
Job responsibilities:
- Crafting professional-quality scripts: Work with stakeholders to uncover the story behind their ideas and develop scripts and demos to showcase their products to senior leadership
- Stakeholder management: As a storytelling team contributor, you'll focus on delivering high-quality output and streamlining processes. Your coordinate kick-offs, check-ins, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Strategic collaboration and storytelling: You’ll partner with motion graphics and audio-visual designers to design storyboards, concepts, and scripts for compelling presentations and demos. Use your storytelling and writing skills to craft narratives that engage and inspire ?diverse audiences, while aligning with company's strategic goals.
- Independent and proactive leadership: Drive new storytelling requests and evaluate effort, timelines, and deliverables to make sure everything is top-notch and meets deadlines. Manage projects, from kick-off to delivery, and make sure they align with our brand standards.
- UX writing: You’ll work with product designers as needed on writing interface copy and auditing existing content.
Must-have Skills:
- 5+ years experience writing copy for scripts, presentations, and video demos.
- 2+ years experience collaborating and partnering with product designers.
- A world-class copywriting or content design portfolio showcasing expertise at an agency or a tech company.
- Excellent collaboration skills and can work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- An audience-first approach to your writing. We’re customer obsessed and use direct customer interviews to fall in love with our customers’ stories to inspire our creativity.
- An understanding of how to write within a brand's voice while bringing fresh, creative thinking to flex and push boundaries when appropriate.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Skilled in content strategy and governing content across channels
- Experience in AI-powered digital expertise or AI-assisted human expertise platforms
- Proficient in using GenAI tools to scale content creation
