Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals and specifications.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Regularly update clients and management on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of construction budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
