About the Role:
As an Automation Engineer , you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced automation solutions, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading technical projects. This is a 100% on-site role where you’ll work with robotics , automation cell integration, and system development to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Translate user requirements into functional designs and technical concepts.
? Provide advanced technical solutions and lead teams through automation processes.
? Devise innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges using robotics and automation .
? Conduct plant assessments , define project scope (DOU/SOW), and evaluate vendor quotes .
? Manage RFQs/RFIs , collaborate with vendors, and support proposal development.
? Oversee automation project execution, from estimation to customer implementation.
? Integrate robotics , PLCs , safety systems , and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for automated work cells.
? Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement through effective project management .
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in automation and robotics implementation
Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end automation execution
Expertise in custom-engineered factory automation solutions
Experience in plant/process assessments , system integration, and automation cell design
Hands-on experience with robotics , PLCs , pneumatics , and safety systems
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor/customer relationships
