Job Description for the Accounts Receivable Analyst:

• Manage accounts receivable for large corporate clients, ensuring timely collections and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Analyze and improve accounts receivable processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance cash flow.
• Create and maintain detailed reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookups) to track and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles.
• Utilize ERP systems and financial tools to support accurate invoicing and compliance with audit requirements.

Job Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Analyst:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a similar Order to Cash role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as JDE or SAP, with a strong understanding of the order-to-cash process.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• General understanding of SOX audit requirements.
