Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals.
- Report directly to the CHRO, engaging with leadership regularly.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team, celebrating their successes and fostering strong team dynamics.
- Build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organization, creating scalable processes for future growth.
- Drive the execution of best-in-class HR practices in collaboration with other teams.
- Analyze employee data (turnover, engagement, exit interviews) to develop action plans that foster a diverse, collaborative environment.
- Oversee and improve processes related to staffing, performance management, hiring, cultural initiatives, compensation cycles, and year-end reviews.
- Continuously innovate our company culture to adapt to shifting market dynamics.
- Build and implement KPIs and HR processes that drive positive change and improve team performance.
- Collect, analyze, and share metrics to gauge employee satisfaction and cultural health, with a focus on improving overall team experience.
- Continuously enhance talent development programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and recommend policy adjustments to stay ahead of regulations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for developing talent and fostering positive employee experiences.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of human resource senior management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing (food/ pharma/ beauty/ health) facilities preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
- Minimal to no travel required
