As our Planning Manager, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring seamless production, and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Industrial and Sales Plans, integrating critical site capacities
• Optimize medium and long-term planning for resources (manpower and machines)
• Oversee short-term scheduling and coordinate between Scheduling and Production
• Control inventory levels for finished and semi-finished products
• Implement and improve Production Management tools and methods
• Manage supply of raw materials, components, and consumables
• Ensure data consistency and process improvement within ERP (SAP) systems
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and lead working groups on company projects
• Manage, motivate, and develop the planning team
• Establish and analyze service indicators
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM)
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics or engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in planning/scheduling, preferably in a regulated industry
• Proven team management experience
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SAP and related modules (MM, PP, WM)
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Additional Details:
Salary: $95,000-105,000
