We are seeking a Raw Bar Chef to lead our raw seafood program, crafting dishes that highlight the best seasonal shellfish and seafood offerings. This role is ideal for a chef who specializes in raw preparations and enjoys working with pristine ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present raw bar offerings, ensuring top-tier quality.
Work closely with purveyors to source the freshest seafood.
Maintain impeccable food safety and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative presentations.
