What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage the design and administration of sales incentive programs for employees and leaders
  2. Advise business leaders on sales compensation strategies that align with organizational goals
  3. Oversee the annual sales incentive plan design process to meet business needs
  4. Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales incentives across various periods

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Sales Compensation field
  3. At least 4 years of experience leading sales incentive plan design projects
  4. 1 year of leadership experience
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
