What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the design and administration of sales incentive programs for employees and leaders
- Advise business leaders on sales compensation strategies that align with organizational goals
- Oversee the annual sales incentive plan design process to meet business needs
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales incentives across various periods
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, guiding their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Sales Compensation field
- At least 4 years of experience leading sales incentive plan design projects
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience influencing change and communicating with business leaders
- Advanced-level Excel skills
- Understanding of sales compensation concepts and best practices
- Ability to prepare and present professional-level presentations to senior leaders
