What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the VP of North American Sales to execute the regional sales strategy
- Build, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline within a specific geographical territory
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively close deals with potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and meet performance metrics for sales activity
- Maintain accurate records of account targets and business development activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hospitality software/SaaS sales experience
- Established relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality sector
- Experience in property management software sales is preferred
- Proven track record of negotiation skills and high performance in sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and sales-enabling platforms
