Key Responsibilities

Manage new employee onboarding processes from start to finish Communicate professionally with new hires and department managers Guide employees through HR documentation and benefit enrollment Process, organize, and digitize employee records Track and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation Perform accurate data entry and reporting in HR systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field 0-1 years of professional experience (internships and relevant coursework considered) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and proven multitasking skills Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new HR software Experience handling confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy Knowledge of HR information systems a plus This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your recent education in a practical HR setting.
