We are seeking a detail-oriented

IT Technician

for a 6-month contract to provide hands-on technical support in hardware, networking, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, performing basic network tasks, and assisting with user management.

Responsibilities of the IT Technician: Provide hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintaining label printers, hand scanners, and laptops. Perform basic network tasks such as running cables, adding CAT6 connectors, and connecting devices to switches. Assist with printer setup and support, ensuring proper network connections. Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users.

Qualifications of the IT Technician:

Previous experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, or networking in a production environment. Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Basic knowledge of networking, including cable management and switch connections. Experience with Active Directory is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
