Our firm provides dynamic and innovative legal solutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to handle a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both state and federal employment laws and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation .Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination .Represent clients in both individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims .Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral arguments .Develop case strategies, identify key legal issues, and work toward favorable resolutions through settlement or trial .Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements .Maintain strong client communication , ensuring clients are informed of case progress and developments.Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to build and strengthen case strategies .Benefits:Hybrid schedule (Work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday )10-20 days of PTO15 paid holidays401(k) matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFirm-sponsored events (Birthday celebrations, holiday events, and more)Seniority level AssociateEmployment type Full-timeJob function LegalIndustries Legal Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
