HR Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company in Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of an HR Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. This position is slated to last for 6 months. The job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing outstanding support and assistance in various HR matters.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Collaborate with HR team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service/call center experience, preferably in a banking or financial service industry
- Prior HR experience if preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
