Customer Service Representative(CSR) LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large facilities company near the border of Tempe and Scottsdale. This company is in search of a customer service representative to support one of their largest retail clients. This job has a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. Training will be fully in office for the first month, but then will move to a hybrid model.
This role involves both inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and general support. If you enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, service updates, and promotional offers
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the companys CRM system
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns by providing effective solutions and escalating when necessary
- Work with various teams to ensure customer needs are met and service requests are completed promptly
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to resolve issues and answer questions effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be located in Phoenix, AZ, for hybrid work setup (in-office at least 3 days per week)
