Remote Financial Customer Service Representative
Please note that you must be available to work either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading financial services company to fill their open Remote Customer Service Representative job. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in the banking and/or financial services industry.
This is a TEMPORARY role that is expected to last 6 months. Depending on our client's needs and your performance, this role may be extended. You will earn between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Processing customer requests and account updates over phone and e-mail
-Assisting customers with completing documents
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
-Researching and resolving issues with customers' accounts, transactions, documents, etc.
-Answering questions related to retirement plans including payments (withdrawals, rollovers, lump sums, death benefits, etc.)
-Respond to inquiries about account transfers, transactions, and account maintenance
-Documenting customer interactions in the database
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience in the banking and/or financial services industry required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service sills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule:
-Either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time
-Monday - Friday
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $18.00 and $24.00
