We are seeking a full time, direct hire, Customer Service Manager in Connellsville, PA
This not a call center environment, but rather a customer relationship management position.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and direct all customer service and relationship management functions.
- Readily assist with the implementation of short-term and long-range plans based on company goals and growth objectives.
- Partner with production and sales teams to assist with customer relations and customer satisfaction.
- Actively assist internal quality and operations teams to address and resolve concerns, questions and complaints raised by vendors or clients.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Seek and identify opportunities for further development and enhancement of team member skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external customers, and own priority client relationships.
- Provide guidance and direction to team regarding multi-tasking and setting priorities.
- Manage employee issues regarding attendance, performance, conduct and deliver appropriate corrective action as appropriate.
- Approve employee time entry for payroll
You will have:
- 5+ years of professional customer service leadership, sales support and/or scheduling background (manufacturing experience highly preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with order fulfillment systems, Amtech preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- The ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Excel in training, leading and motivating people.
- Have the ability to calculate and understand formulas, commissions, measurements, and percentages.
- Possess a solid ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have the willingness and ability to travel to other locations as necessary
