Booming Luxury Real Estate firm, is seeking an Associate Property Manager for their growing team.

This a newly created role due to the growth of the firm. Posiiton is very fast paced and needs someone who has HOA/Condominium experience. Position is in Boston with state of the art properties to manage. Ideal candidiate will have three years in residential property management.

Responsibilities:

As the Property Manager, your main duties are to handle property issues, respond quickly and effectively to any specific tenant questions or issues, develop a friendly, professional relationship with the tenants, vendors and ownership and ensure stable operation of the properties. This role must be capable of managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior tenant and building customer service, which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must be an energetic, creative thinker who can work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team and have a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Requirements:

Strong background in Residential Property Management (3+ years)

Experience managing a luxury asset preferred but not required

Ability to create and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, the team, and the owners

Experience overseeing all operational and financial management facets

Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

Friendly and “Can-Do” attitude!
