About the Role

The Company is seeking a President/CEO to lead its strategic growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening and improving the supply chain, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, and driving organic growth to meet an exit valuation target. This role demands a leader with a strong operations and production background, capable of increasing production capacity, launching a new manufacturing facility, and ensuring a clear, replicable sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive leadership, full P&L responsibility, and a proven track record in driving strategy and operational direction. A background in building product manufacturing, particularly with doors, windows, or other manufactured building products, is preferred.Key challenges for the role include managing operational costs during expansion, executing the growth plan, and building strategic relationships. The candidate should be highly motivated, driven to succeed, and able to communicate effectively with private equity sponsors. A budget-conscious approach, experience in talent identification and development, and a proactive, hands-on management style are essential. The role offers the opportunity to lead significant expansion, including a new facility, and exposure to private equity leadership and decision-making.
