About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations to play a pivotal role in executing the Chief Operating Officer's leadership vision within a defined geographical region in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retail and restaurant excellence, maintaining financial operating objectives, and leading a high-performing senior operations team. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to anticipate and balance the needs of the business with those of complex stakeholders, and a proven track record in managing highly visible relationships. The SVP Operations will also be instrumental in creating a culture of coaching, engagement, and operational excellence, and will be expected to reside within the assigned region with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' professional experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role and 3-5 years in the retail, F&B, or hospitality industry. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with additional credit for an MBA or master's level degree. The role demands a candidate with a demonstrated ability to grow sales and operating profit, and a history of continuous improvement in customer, team member, and landlord satisfaction. Specialized skills include advanced business acumen, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to create and maintain positive work environments. The SVP Operations will be expected to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, joint venture partners, and government entities, to ensure the company's business interests are maximized.
