About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Dallas Boutique. The Managing Director will oversee the management team, ensure the highest level of service, and maintain the boutique's P&L, sales goals, and inventory results. The role demands a candidate who is strategic, open to new ideas, and not afraid of change, with a great sense of personal style and a passion for the brand's heritage.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including sales, client development, and service, as well as the coaching and counseling of staff. The role also involves full responsibility for training staff, communication, and adherence to company policies. The candidate should be a great delegator, with excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to form strong partnerships across the organization. A background in luxury retail, experience with a quality-seeking clientele, and a sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment are essential.
