Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and courteously.

  • Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
