We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Greensboro, NC team. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week
Key Responsibilities - Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the company database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer files.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
