We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring visitors are greeted warmly, calls are handled efficiently, and administrative tasks are completed accurately. This role is key in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
