We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage front desk operations efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management: - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications; redirect or escalate as necessary.
Administrative Support: - Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
Visitor Management: - Ensure all visitors sign in and follow security protocols.
- Provide accurate information to inquiries regarding the organization, services, or directions.
Office Operations Support: - Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and professional.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training in office administration or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
