We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage front desk operations efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications; redirect or escalate as necessary.
Administrative Support:
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
Visitor Management:
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and follow security protocols.
  • Provide accurate information to inquiries regarding the organization, services, or directions.
Office Operations Support:
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and professional.
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training in office administration or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
