Apex is currently searching for an Agile Coach to support a large manufacturing client in the Plano, TX area. The position is slated as a 12 month contract with potential to extend down the road. This person will be helping with a company wide initiative to upgrade their manufacturing systems. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5 in CST with 3-4 days in office each week. Rate is expected around $90-95 an hour W2 depending on experience.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the organization to adopt and implement agile methodologies at the enterprise level.
• Coach and mentor teams and individuals on agile principles, practices, and frameworks, with a focus on Scrum at Scale.
• Facilitate program-level coaching to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance agile skills and knowledge within the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement agile strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess the current state of agile practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance on scaling agile practices and frameworks to support large, complex projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of agile practices and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Utilize JIRA for custom report creation to track and analyze agile metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach, with a strong background in Scrum at Scale.
• Extensive experience in program-level coaching and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with JIRA, including custom report creation
