Job :
1. Managing Fargo office: Manage Fargo office and one engineer from the engineering company
2. Quality engineering: Investigate the parts, root case on the returned parts from the customer. Report the investigation result to Japan QA. Ship the parts to Japan QA
3. Customer communication: Communicate with the customer about the followings
-Development status
-Quality issue
-New business opportunity
4. Internal communication: Communicate with Japan QA, product development
Skill :
•PC operation
•Communication
•Knowledge of transmission, drivetrain
•Language : English (Japanese is not mandatory)
•CNH or related mechanical product experience would be the best
