About the Role - This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize financial processes across two key U.S. locations while driving strategic improvements and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in all financial functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and sales controlling automation.
• Advise management on financial matters, providing analysis, reporting, and controls in alignment with GAAP standards.
• Develop and implement finance strategies, including sales controlling and tax compliance, harmonizing processes and tools across U.S. operations.
• Lead cash flow analysis and optimization efforts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and serving as the primary contact for audits.
• Align IT and HR tools, processes, and standards across U.S. locations to improve efficiency and cohesion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including experience with U.S. and corporate GAAP.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required) and familiarity with MRP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Proven track record in team leadership and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed (approximately a two-hour drive).
