About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to define and advance the organizational vision, operating model, and culture. This pivotal role involves leading the design of the global supply chain and print manufacturing network, ensuring top-notch service, operational continuity, cost optimization, and quality assurance. The COO will be responsible for all aspects of print delivery, global production, supply chain management, and workforce transitions, with a focus on driving innovation and scalability to meet client satisfaction and financial targets.Applicants must be visionary and strategic leaders with a proven track record in global operations, supply chain management, or manufacturing, particularly in the print production industry. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years' experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a C-suite or senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transitioning manufacturing operations to outsourced models, managing vendor relationships, and possess expertise in supply chain technology and production automation. Strong financial acumen, knowledge of global trade and compliance standards, and a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices are essential. The COO will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and growth objectives.
