Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle staffing issues and directing disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
