Accounts Payable Specialist
**Location: City of Industry
**Type: Direct Hire
**Compensation:$25- $30/hour, based on experience
**Work Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Industry: Pharmaceutical company
The ideal candidate has good stability in their previous positions
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency with Process Pro Premier software.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts payable operations using specialized accounting software and various programs.
- Handle accounts payable functions for multiple entities and vendors.
- Analyze and streamline workflow processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll, in compliance with departmental procedures.
- Review and compare purchase orders, prices, payment terms, and other charges.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Process transactions and perform accounting tasks such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books.
- Maintain accurate accounting records through data entry, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
- Perform accounting and clerical tasks.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting issues.
- Conduct online banking tasks to process payments and record receipts.
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Complete other related job duties as assigned by management.
- Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
