About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP/EPM Project Manager to lead the implementation of OneStream and Workday solutions. This 12-month contract role will involve planning, executing, and delivering these system implementations on time, within scope, and within budget while managing diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of OneStream for enterprise performance management (EPM) and Workday for enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resource allocation, mitigating risks and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and external vendors to gather business requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration between OneStream, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
• Plan and coordinate testing, training, and change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and system readiness.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support and facilitate a smooth transition to operational teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP and EPM implementations, with specific expertise in OneStream and Workday .
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes in the context of ERP and EPM systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional technology projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is required.
