Looking for a AutoCAD Drafter. Need someone that has experience working within the residential side of the business. Multi-family and commercial experience would also be ideal

This is a fully on-site position.

• 5 years AutoCAD Residential drafting experience working in a firm (Revit experience a plus)
• working knowledge of the Florida Building Code Residential
• fair knowledge of standard residential building practices (multi-family experience is a plus)
• strong general computer knowledge including basic programs like Excel, Word, etc.
• some experience drawing details, sections, structural plans (foundation, lintel, etc.)
• a strong work ethic
