Location: Onsite, M-F in Downtown St Pete
Salary: $90,000-100,000 DOE + competitive benefits & pto
Responsibilities: - Microsoft 365 Admin troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Administration
- Monitor datacenter and cloud health using existing software tools and build, test, and maintain servers.
- Execute processes around Microsoft related technologies: Exchange, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot
- Manage technology assets, deploy images, and upkeep to maintain firm's compliance policies.
- Provide first and second-tier onsite support for company employees, and remote support to employees based in other company offices.
- Email experience: troubleshoot bounce-backs, SPAM, transmission issues, configure and troubleshoot mobile app issues.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, internet
- Vendor Management
- Occasional travel (5%) throughout the United States to support company initiatives.
Requirements: - 4+ years working as internal technology support technician
- Firm understanding of desktop hardware and operating systems and the use of hardware diagnostic tools to address operating systems issues.
- Microsoft Office/Outlook, mobile device configurations and support.
- Office 365 administration
General understanding of basic networking principles, including:
- Client-server networking, switching; TCP/IP-DNS, WINS, DHCP, routing and internet.
- CAT5/CAT6 wiring, including wireless security, network firewall and security technology.
- OSI Model
- Entry-level knowledge of Active Directory, with the ability to perform basic user-account administration tasks
- ITIL-based framework basics
