Ken’s Foods in McDonough, GA is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to cover manufacturing operations on 1st shift. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related business field requires; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years' related experience and/or training in a related field.
