Robert Half is offering a short term employment opportunity for a talented IT Support Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced Windows environment. This role requires an IT Support Technician who is forward-thinking, adept at problem-solving autonomously, and is knowledgeable in a range of IT Support areas.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and updating hire onboarding and termination procedural documents, ensuring they are current and effective.
- Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets promptly.
- Conduct PC imaging and password install procedures.
- Perform software installations regularly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Active Directory and O365 space.
- Administer desktop support on a day-to-day basis.
- Familiarize with conference room setups, including some AV knowledge.
- Manage the Lenel OnGuard access control system (access card and video surveillance).
- Perform desktop and notebook imaging (Dell Image Assist, Microsoft Intune).
- Provide user support for onsite and remote users.
- Deliver factory IT support to manufacturing line and various 3rd party vendors.
- Manage Cloud Services including but not limited to: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Kaseya, TeamViewer, Slack, Box, Zoom, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, LastPass, DUO, 8x8.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Support (Level 2/3).
- Extensive experience working in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge in managed cloud services and access control systems.
- Able to work independently and resolve complex IT issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- AV and/or conference room setup knowledge is a plus.
