As a Network Support Specialist, you will be a vital member of our Service Desk and Projects Department, responsible for maintaining and optimizing our clients' network infrastructure and users. With our diverse client base and cutting-edge technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the success of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our clients' day-to-day operations, troubleshooting network problems, and implementing solutions to enhance network security and reliability.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- 1 year of network troubleshooting experience.
- 3 years of help desk experience.Some experience with PowerShell.
