About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and counsel on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to, vendor IT/SAAS agreements, donation and sponsorship agreements, general transaction matters, and employment practices. This role also involves supporting strategic activities such as ventures, acquisitions, and other significant transactions, with a focus on the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree, be admitted to a NY/NJ State Bar, and have a minimum of 8 years' of legal experience, with at least 2 years' in-house. Experience in corporate law, U.S. public company regulations, and a strong interest in AI-related legal issues are essential. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should possess a strong background in legal work, with a focus on general corporate matters, contract agreements, employment, and banking. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple matters, and a proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced team environment.
