About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on Labor and Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-house legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters, including but not limited to, termination and counseling decisions, wage and hour law, workers' compensation, unemployment and other state agency claims, employee benefits, immigration, and employment agreements. This role also involves managing internal investigations, staying abreast of employment laws in relevant states, and revising HR policies as necessary. While not mandatory, the ability to speak or read Mandarin Chinese, a strong customer service focus, and a global mindset are considered advantageous.
