Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, professional, and effective assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic computer skills.
