Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Update and maintain customer records and logs using internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with the team.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including response times and satisfaction scores.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
