- Networking: routers, switches (Cisco/HP), firewalls
- Windows server, VMware, cloud infrastructure
- Ticketing, troubleshooting, taking escalations
- Manage small projects and assist in larger ones
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Multiuser technology environments, wireless technologies, security fundamentals, data backup, recovery support, mobile devices
Certifications preferred: M365 Foundations or Associate, CCNA/CCDA/CCNP, Project+, Network+, Security+, Sophos Engineer.

Salary range: $56,000 - $64,000 depending on experience
Bonus: Base + Bonuses at 3-X W2 at 15%
