Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and organizational development.

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures. Develop talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and guide managers on performance evaluation and feedback processes. Develop strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Address employee grievances, conduct investigations when necessary, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate the design and delivery of relevant training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures following legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR-related matters, including workforce demographics, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by guiding change management processes, communication strategies, and employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications:
- Fully Bilingual – Spanish & English (Biliterate)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills, and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong HCM systems knowledge, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
