CSG Talent are working with a high quality, Italian manufacturer of coffee machines & equipment who are seeking an experienced sales professional to play a key role in the Western US market development for the business.
The business have several high quality products & an excellent reputation in the industry. They have multiple brands and products across machines, grinder dossers & accessories. We are seeking an individual to be the face of the company in the region & deliver high quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the West Coast region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, resellers, and key accounts in the HoReCa, speciality coffee, and foodservice sectors.
- Conduct regular sales visits to strengthen relationships and provide product training and support to partners and customers.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close contracts, pricing agreements, and partnerships.
- develop business relationships with new customers across different segments; coffee roasters, dealers, distributors, regional chain accounts.
- Enhance company presence at regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Experience experience in customer facing position within the coffee industry (beans or equipment) with strong skills relating to customer support, sales & other commercial functions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Highly organized and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Existing customer network within Roasters, QSR, Fast food Chains, Foodservice accounts etc.
