What You'll Do:
As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients are thrilled with our services. You'll regularly visit client sites to inspect and enhance the cleaning services we provide, while identifying opportunities to recommend additional offerings. This role requires:
- Hands-on customer service : Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Flexibility : Occasional nights and weekends to meet client needs.
- Upselling and business development : Spot opportunities to expand client engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience : Ideally suited for individuals with 1-3 years of experience, such as graduates looking for their second professional role.
- Customer Service Expertise : Background in B2B sales, auto sales, or roles involving face-to-face customer interactions. Bonus points for experience in Enterprise Rent-A-Car's management training program!
- Language Skills : Bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
